Hello, i want to set up a new computer i already have GPU: GTX 780(Gigabyte) and Power Supply: RM 750 80 plus gold(Corsair). Now i want to get an advise, LGA 1150 with GIGABYTE GAMING G1 and intel i7 4790k , a high end pc with LGA 2011 Or wait for DDR4?

Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Games are not RAM-sensitive. The only benefit worth upping RAM on it is for APUs. So no, it is not a good idea. You are free to do it, but you're just wasting money. Also, DDR4 requires new motherboard RAM sockets. It won't fit in DDR3 slots.

For gaming?

According to Tom's...

"CPUs priced over $240 offer rapidly diminishing returns when it comes to gaming performance. As such, we have a hard time recommending anything more expensive than the Core i5-4690K, especially since this multiplier-unlocked processor is easy to tune up to 4.3 GHz or so with the right cooler. Even at stock clocks, though, it matches or beats the old $1000 Gulftown-based Core i7-990X Extreme Edition in our benchmarks.

We have seen a small handful of titles benefit from Hyper-Threaded Core i7 processors, though. Because we believe this is a trend that will continue as developers optimize their software, we're including the Core i7-4790K as an honorable mention, now selling for $340. In a vast majority of games, the Core i7 won't demonstrate much advantage over the Core i5. But if you're a serious enthusiast who wants some future-proofing and values highly-threaded application performance, this processor may be worth the extra money."

I know but if i'll decide that i am going to buy a ddr4 PC i'm going to wait more than a month

If this is just gaming then just get an i5 4690k with ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 and 2 x 4gb 1866 cl 9 1.5V ram

If video editing, it depends on your budget.

i7 4930k, plus asus sabertooth plus 2 x 8gb 1.65 2400 ram will cost you $1000
While i7 4790k plus asus maximus hero and 2 x 8gb 2400 ram will cost you $750
