Hello,

I am trying to connect the power cables for my CPU. My motherboard(gigabyte H97-HD3) has a total of eight pin holes for ATX_12V_2X4 connector. However my power supply comes with two 4-pin connectors for that, so I guess I would connect both 4-pin connector to the eight pin holes on the motherboard. But I found that the shape of the connector pins on the cable does not really match those holes on the motherboard. How do I connect them?

Thanks, and below are some photos for reference.

Thanks, but I see that one of the 4x2 connectors cable has four non-square shape pins, the other one has two non-squre shape pins and 2 square shape pins.

How do I connect the 4x2 connectors with four non-square shape pins to the motherboard? The motherboard 12V socket does not seem to match that part in terms of shape?
