Name of .CAP file for Maximus Hero VII?

Trying to do a BIOS Flashback for my mobo and on http://event.asus.com/2012/mb/usb_bios_flashback_guide/ they don't have it listed. Which one of those does it fall under? Or is it just one that isn't listed and if so what is the .CAP file name?

Go to the link i posted above. Select the OS you are on. Go to BIOS Utilities, look for this:
Bios Renamer for USB BIOS Flashback and Crashfree BIOS 2
1.Put Bios file and Bios renamer in same folder
2.Execute the Utility
3.Use new Bios file for USB BIOS Flashback.


Or simply install your cpu , cpu cooler and ram onto the motherboard. Connect the power supply and display output using the integrated graphics. Boot the system up and enter the BIOS and update via the BIOS utility Tool in the BIOS using that CAP. file.

Sorry I didn't keep reading after the url took me to where I already was before, didn't notice the "renamer" thank you. This is my first computer that I have ever built and the first time I've had to do anything like this so bear with me lol.
