i need help choosing a gpu

hello everyone. I'm having trouble deciding what Gpu o get. i know i want the r9 270x but i dont know which one. my choice is between the Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 270X, MSI AMD Radeon R9 270X and the MSI AMD Radeon R9 270X Hawk edition. they are all 2GB graphics cards but it all comes down to performance. They are all good graphics cards, they all have a 3 year warranty and they are all good brands but it comes down to the small differences in performance.
please help :)

MotherBoard= asrock z97 pro 4
CPU= the intel i5 4690

The differences in performance will be very minimal.

The warranty period is the same for both companies, but the MSI is much more lenient on their warranty terms. Overclocking, overvolting, and removing the cooler are covered under MSI's warranty if any of those things interest you.
