More about wattage
  1. Hi Yazan Zaid
for crossfire r9 290x you will require 1000 watts
get a quality psu from seasonic/xfx or any psu from corsairs TX,HX or AX range of psu's or evga supernova g2 series or coolermaster v series
all of these have high grade japanese capacitors
  2. A single Sapphire Radeon R9 290X 4GB Tri-x Video Card has a system requirement of :

    System Requirements

PCI Express® based PC is required with one X16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard.
1X75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express power connector is required.
    4096MBMinimum of system memory.
    Installation software requires CD-ROM drive.
    DVD playback requires DVD drive.
Blu-ray™ / HD DVD playback requires Blu-ray / HD DVD drive.
750 Watt Power Supply is required.
1X150 Watt 8-pin PCI Express power connector is required.
    64-bit operating system highly recommended
A display with digital input (HDMI, DisplayPort or DVI) is required

I would recommend a power supply in the 1000 - 1100 watts for two R9-290X in crossfire. I would suggest Seasonic, XFX, or Antec power supplies.
  3. Also, the i7-4790K is tending to be hot. I would upgrade to a high performance CPU cooler.
  4. Where are you from ?
  5. should i get coolermaster Silent pro 1000w or get 1 r9 290x with coolermaster Real power pro 850w,BTW i'm from israel
  6. Coolermaster Silent Pro 1000w < Is the better of the 2

So to get silent pro 1000w(i didn't want to get it because it's tier 3!)?
  8. It's better than the other you listed.
  9. Tier 3 Brands - Power supplies fully able to meet ATX specs, although closer to the edges of the limits than higher tier units. Still solid units. :D

your current psu has low grade capacitors , Poor quality capacitors break down quickly over time resulting in spiky voltage being delivered to the motherboard. This results in motherboard breakdown or poor cpu performance.
I am not sure of price as i cannot read israel but here is an excellent psu with high grade japanese capacitors in israel
