Just for the sake of options, I'll recommend a HD 7750, aka r7 250, which should run fine even on a 250w PSU, given it's of decent quality, and has enough (doesn't need much) amps.

You can choose between 1gb and 2gb off to the right. However, they are the same price :)

Here are options starting from lowest to highest price.

1. GeForce GT 610 (least capable)
2. GeForce GT 630 (i have 630M verison on my laptop, and i can run BF3 on medium, and also pretty much all AC games)
3. GeForce GTX 750Ti (EVGA is best)

IMPORTANT NOTE: i am not sure what kind of PC you want. If its for gaming you will really need to save up money for something like 660 at least and also for new MoBo and Processor and defenently ram.
