Asus customer review fear

Hey guys
I am planning to do a gaming pc build with an asus motherboard in the next couple of months. What scares me is the customer reviews, about if the thing is not working, they come up with excuses for not replacing it.
Should it be considered when picking a motherboard?
I know for a fact, that if i want to RMA with an E-Tailer, that if they dont know what is wrong, they send it to the manufacturer(asus in this case), and that could give me trouble right?

Should i consider msi/gigabyte over asus because of this?

Personally, I have never had an issue conducting an RMA with Asus. All vendors will have "issues" reported by some users. It is simply impossible to please everyone, 100% of the time.

I have no issues recommending Asus and Gigabyte products, in general. I am a bit more suspect of MSI products, but that is a personal preference matter.

Same, I've been using ASUS motherboards for over 10 years and they've been fantastic. Like many hardware manufacturers in the PC enthusiast industry, they receive a lot of RMA requests for damaged boards due to young people making mistakes and not knowing enough about PC building, like bending pins on the board on accident or raising voltage too much while overclocking. Many of these people end up posting review comments so you get a kind of biased opinion.

I would say 95% of those who are satisfied are not going to post a review. But nearly 95% of those who are not satisfied will post one.

I always stick with ASUS they are the best in the business in my opinion.

Many RMAs go wrong due to the users not complying with requirements. Then they cry foul over an issue they created.

I can recall RMAing at least 2 items with Asus. Both were flawless and actually quite quick.

When performing an RMA, just follow the vendors provided guidelines. It really is easy and I would say that all 3 companies mentioned in this thread do RMAs in a similar fashion.

Also, keep this in mind. Most complaints are made by a very small minority of users. In fact, most satisfied customers never provide any feedback. I put very little stock into individual comments in this regard.

ASUS doesn't use true phases in its VRM on the motherboard. It uses a doubling scheme which is not efficient. Nobody knows it because no ones that techie enough.

He says at the end - "I know there are going to be a lot of haters out there that love ASUS to the bone, they are all idiots"

Haha sorry, i could not watch the video right now, on the phone, limited data and speed :(
I still meant from the graphics card. I was aware that their motherboards didnt have the best power for the price(amount of phases i think)
