my current Specs:
-Asrock 960GC-GS FX
-AMD Athlon II x2 x255 3.10ghz (Overclock to 3.5ghz)
-Palit GeForce GT 620 1gb
-Hyper 212 X Cooler

I Want to buy one of these
AMD FX 6300 6core
GIGABYTE GV-N65TOC-2GI GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB

What should i buy 1st?

Hi, it's pretty obvious, get the GPU 1st, upgrade the CPU later.
I would suggest getting a little better GPU like the GTX 660 what is about 10$~20$ more but is owrth it, here's a quick look at the difference:
