Performance difference between 750ti FTW and 750 FTW?

I want to upgrade from my old GTX 550 TI, and I think that the GTX 750 is the right choice for my price range. I would like the FTW edition that has the better cooling, but I found the 750 TI FTW on newegg for $169.99, and the 750 FTW on Amazon for $134.99. My question is, will I notice a substantial performance difference between the two? I want to save the money, but I don't want to sacrifice performance. Thanks!!!

In this case, sir, you will have to make a choice :D

From benchmarks, 750ti gets 20% better framerates. Price of the 750Ti you want is just a little above that. I vouch for performance, so get Ti version.
