CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 1 GB
MOBO: Gigabyte
GA-990FXA-UD3

Note: The MOBO doesn't have an Onboard Video Chipset which means the GPU IS working, just not after I install the drivers.

I started by installing everything, I have made sure everything is plugged in right. The computer booted fin, and I installed windows with a disc. My Ethernet wasn't working so I used the disc that came with the MOBO to install a LAN driver and a USB 3 driver. After that I downloaded the AMD drivers. I made sure it was for my version of windows and for my GPU. I installed it like normal. The screen flashed and it asked me to reboot when it was done. When I did and tried to log in, the whole log in screen was glitched. The top was moved over and down and the bottom was up and right. It looked like I punched the screen. Obviously it looks no better when I log in.

Since my MOBO has no internal GPU, I know the GPU is working, it just doesn't work after I install the drivers. I'm at the end of my ideas and my wits. Any help would be nice.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I installed the 14.4 non-beta drivers from the AMD site.
