Yes, it does have a pci-e slot so the card will work. You may need to update your bios, but try the card before you attempt it.
You will need to get the type of card that fits your tower, either full size or low profile.
Get a ddr5 card of the same model instead of ddr3. You will get about 30% more performance from it.
