Is my board DOA?

Here is my setup:
ASUS M5a97 le r.20
cx600 psu
1 stick of 8gb gskill ripjaw ram
Saphire r9270
fx 8350

I made sure everything is connected, ive tried every ram slot, even booting with just cpu and even no cpu and still no beeps. All fans turn on, lights, optical drive, hdd, eveeything works but no display on monitor. Ive tried different monitors too. Does it sound like board is doa?

Take the board out of the case. Connect CPU, single RAM, GPU and nothing else. See if it powers on.

Well then sir, in my humble opinion your board may be DOA. Better contact Asus customer support for further process or RMA
