The gtx 660 is slower than the R9 270X so that's out

The MSI is too expensive (R9 270X)

The Sapphire seems to be the best bang for buck

Get the Sapphire R9 270X

does this bottleneck the graphic card ?
also i'm thinking to buy this psu..

You may get a slight bottleneck but this depends allot on the type of game

Don't get that psu, its low quality
Go with this one

The GTX 660 and R9 270X are in the same tier.

Nvidia cards typically run cooler, quieter, and draw less power. All things to consider. I've not owned an AMD based card for a while, but when I did, I always fought with it. Drivers etc... It was a headache. Since going to Nvidia, I couldn't be happier. But your mileage may vary. Myself I'd go GTX 660 all day over a R9 270X.

I've used both, and generally have a far more positive experience with Nvidia.

They may be in the same tier but that hierarchy chart is too generalised.
When you actually compare a GTX 660 and a R9 270X, the R9 270X will be faster. The R9 270x and the GTX 660 Ti is similarly in terms of performance.
Drivers issues can happen on both sides. Since everyone has different pc configurations, you may or may not experience drivers issues.

Now what about the card? which one to buy? does my cpu bottleneck the card?

Go with the Sapphire 270X. It beats the 660 in almost every game and is cheaper

It also has mantle which should help your cpu out in games like bf4

What's your budget for both GPU and PSU combined? The i5 650 will slightly bottleneck the GTX 660

MSI R9 270X is going to exceed your budget anyways.
There's a cheaper Zotac GTX 660 and cheaper Sapphire R9 270X. But i wouldn't recommend those

Dont worry about the budget regarding this as its only 1k difference... I want the best among the two considering all the factors as i dont want to face any problem after i purchase it

tbh i cannot have a say in this. I personally prefer Nvidia. The games that i play are coincidentally Nvidia optimized like Arkham City,Borderlands 2,etc. I don't play Battlefield because my ISP sucks and it is coincidentally AMD optimized.

From flipkart u need to check whether the seller delivers to your location.

The issue with AMD cards is not about optimisation. There are issues like these:
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2089881/sapphire...

That PSU is of Indian Seasonic quality and not original Seasonic quality.

I already checked it with my pincode... Its available.
And are those black screen issues due to psu issues? (450w)
Now what do you say? Shall i go with r9 270x or gtx 660?

No those issues are completely because of the GPU.

Currently this is not a good time to buy Nvidia cards. AMD is beating Nvidia at every price point in terms of performance.

why are u posting 2 times all the time. there is a delete button

That is why i personally prefer Nvidia. It's not like Nvidia doesn't have issues, but AMD's issues are on a largescale. But this is not a great time for buying Nvidia cards. I would wait for the prices to drop
