Aero in windows 7 Home premium please help

I am trying to get aero on my computer I just made today. But I can't I tried to use their website to fix it. troubleshoot doesn't work either. I have updated my Graphics card that is a GTX 750 ti 2 GB.
Can someone tell me what I need to do to get Aero back? I want my Themes back ;-;

Hit Start and search for "Services",it should be in the Program listings.

After starting the program,order the service listings by name and scroll untill you find "Desktop Window Manager Session Manager"(the department of redundancy department was off this day,apparently).

Double click the name and make sure its Startup Type is set to Automatic and the service status is Started.

Thank you! So simple once you see it. I've been trying to fix this problem for 3 days. I didn't start my search on tom's Hardware. What was I thinking?! lol
