This might help you decide between switches

Personally I like Reds but if your doing a lot of typing I would recommend Browns. The slight extra force required to push past the actuation point will reduce mistakes as you are probably used to having a bit of resistance in your keys. You'll also learn where the actuation point is, so you will find you'll start bottoming out less and typing faster. This will happen with Reds too, but you'll probably make more mistakes initially, as you'd be used to having a bit more pressure in your key presses, and it will take longer to learn the actuation point. As for gaming, a lot of people tend to say Reds are better for FPS due to the lack of hesitation in the keys giving slightly better response times, but really it doesn't matter too much and both are very good gaming switches.
Black seems too heavy and mechanical keyboards are noisy enough without the extra clicking from Blues, but this is just my opinion, you'll have to make up your own mind.
Pretty much any keyboard from Cooler Master, DAS, Ducky, Corsair (K70 [strike]or above models[/strike]) and as ksham mentioned, the Logitech G710+.
I wouldn't go with Razer as they have just started making their own switches, which may or may not be as good as Cherry switches but it's too early to tell.
For non-backlit keyboards all the boards that ksham suggested are good, as well as the Ducky Zero, Ducky Pro and CM Storm Quick Fire Pro (all are standard size, both the Pro keyboards have partial backlighting)
As for backlit keyboards (all are standard unless noted)
CM Storm Quick Fire Ultimate
CM Storm Quick Fire TK (arrow keys are intergrated into the num pad)
CM Storm Quick Fire Rapid-i (tenkeyless)
Corsair K70
Ducky Zero Shine
Gigabyte Osmium
These are the o-rings ksham is talking about:

They reduce the clacking of the keys bottoming out considerably, as well as reducing the key travel distance resulting in faster typing.
Edit: not all corsair boards above K70 are full mechanical
