The only thing you'll bottleneck is 4 Titans in Quad-SLI all overclocked playing Battlefield 4 on 3 4K monitors.
That's the only thing that will bottleneck an i7.

If you read the sentence again, you will hopefully notice i just said an i7 2600 won't bottleneck a single R9 290.
