i7 4770 or i5 4670

You guys probably get this question a lot

I'm looking for a new processor and motherboard (but thats a different thread) and i'm unsure if I should splash the cash and get i7 or keep about £60-£70 and go for i5.

At the moment I play GTA (5 in the future), BF4, Farcry 3 and many more games.

In the future I MAY also start youtube as a hobbie (I might not though).

For gaming, the i5-4690 would be better. The 4690K with a Z97 board would be the best.

Most games don't leverage extra threads. The 4790K is better if you are rendering, but that's not to say the 4690k wouldn't do the job. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97pcmate

The 4690K is the same price as the 4670K and has fixed thermals.
