Hi, I am considering on buying a ssd for my computer.
My motherboard only has sata 2.0 ports and I was hoping for a suggestion on which Speed SSD I should get.
How much cheaper would a 3gb/s SSD be over a 6gb/s one and would the Pros cons of each SSD speed be.

Thanks

SATA 2 (3Gb/s) SSDs are "old tech".
SATA 3 (6Gb/s) SSDs have newer firmware, are more reliable/compatible, and have better drive longevity.

You should buy a SATA 3 SSD even though your motherboard only has SATA 2 ports.
