That card is terrible no offense, I have one laying around somewhere... It's meant for HD videos, etc. Not for gaming, it barely keeps 22 fps in Starcraft 2 lowest setting at 720p.

racing: need for speed rival although it could be more demanding than most wanted 2012 since it is based on different engine (Frostbite 3)
for open world game like GTA 4 all i know most of them are quite demanding on hardware requirement. as for game recommendation: Sleeping Dogs, Watch Dogs, upcoming GTA 5
games like COD? i thought there are tons of COD clone out there. but much recent COD also become more demanding when they start using new game engine for next gen console.

For games your pc can probably run:
Medal of honor, Medal of honor:warfighter (these 2 got bad reviews, but I found them to be better and more fun than both COD 4 and COD MW2), GTR 2, GT Evolution, Saint's row 3, Mafia 2 (currently in the humble bundle), and burnout paradise.

GTX 660 overclocked cards dip down to around $155 often on Newegg. If you can swing the extra $15, i'd get one of those. They are more powerful than a 750Ti and a 260X.

if gtx 660 fits your budget then go for it but before that also check the price of r9 270 if they are similar in price or 270 is just a little bit more but fits your budget then go for the r9 270 its better & newer than gtx 660 and will be the best card for u ....
