i have big problem in my pc
NOTE:
I have all ready format all pc storage and install windows xp again
I have scan all pc but no virus have been founded yet
I have not running any thing in background which in shown in task manager processes menu but when i go to performance menu it show that 50% of CPU is working every time or if i open any application it go to 100 %which is should not.. as showing in processes menu . i have used every thing but not able to solve the issue yet' ll be very thank full if any expert replay me
