I'm currently using a SSD drive purely for my OS. I dont seem to be any having any issue with it and it is crazy fast for boot and what not. But I'm just not sure if its the way to go. Its only about 32g and my disk drive is 1tb.

More about : issues ssd

Nope, no issues. It is actually what most people do with SSDs since using them for mass storage is too expensive.

The only issue is that 32GB is really small. You have to be very diligent about free space on it.

What issues are you seeing? You might want to start a new thread on that.

Wel see that was another thing i was thinking is that i only have a bot 2 or 3 gigs on the SSD. And its purely for OS and drivers. Maybe thats not the best. But im having some issues with a bit of studdering in games. I've been reading some threads regarding it but im just trouble shooting myself right now. Thanks

2GB free is not enough. You're killing the life of the drive.

Replace that 32 with something larger. Windows can easily be installed on a 32GB drive. If you actually want to use it, tho....

By use, I mean run on a daily basis. Updates, temp files, etc....

Hmm. I do use my computer daily for probably 6 or more hours so maybe ill look into purchasing a higher capacity SSD or just opt to using my disk drive. Thank you for helping out :)
