Front Panel Usb 3.0 Problems

Whenever I plug a usb device into the left-most front panel usb 3.0 port, my comptuter notifies me "Usb device not recognized." However, on all the other ports, the usb device works. Can someone help me resolve this problem? Thanks in advance!

It is the left-most port, however I had barely used it. Any device I plug in causes my computer to tell me this error. Thanks for the response!
