what mobo to get

I have a i5 4690 and i was looking for a mobo for him. I found 3 mobos
Asrock z97 Extreme 3
Gigabyte z97x gaming 3
Gigabyte z97x sli
Now i cant decide what one from this 3 to get. So can u tell me which is the best (from this 3)

The Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI isn't bad, but it only has 4 VRM which is a disappointment for overclocking. The ASRock Z97 Extreme 3 is a great board, but the build quality of the board is not as good as Gigabyte's.

Best bang for buck: ASRock Extreme3.
Best overall: Gigabyte Gaming 3.

Yes definitely, get the Gaming3 unless you are trying to save money, since its the most expensive. All three are great boards overall, but the Asrock apparently doesn't come with any mounting hardware so there's that.
