Easily. I have an i5 3570k and a Hyper 212 Plus. Combined with my well-ventilated case, I could do a 1GHz overclock and at 100% CPU usage it hit 60C (that's very good for air cooling). Just make sure your case is big enough for the heatsink (it's pretty big).
I don't have any measurements, but the distance between the RAM slots and CPU on my motherboard and yours appear to be exactly the same. The heatsink itself is raised by heat pipes, so you shouldn't have any issues.
