I'm looking for a good value keyboard and mouse, and I don't want to spend more than $60. I found this on newegg:

http://www.amazon.com/CM-Storm-Devastator-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B00DKXXAAQ/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

It seems alright to me, but the main reason I'm looking for another is because my keyboard and mouse are now painful to use, and I'm starting to develop carpal tunnel because of it. I'm not sure if it's the height of the table, the way I'm grabbing the mouse/using the keyboard or what. But I still wanted to get a new keyboard and mouse because these are all worn down.

I've watched Devastator reviews a lot when I was considering it. The keyboard is, however, membrane. So it's not mechanical. Customers are happy with the bundle and it's pretty low priced too. The mouse might not be the best, but that's the best you can get for that amount of money. Don't go for cheap wireless "gaming" mice, they have lot more delay and are made just for browsing the internet. If you can spend more a little more than $60 then go for G400s (but that of course depends on your grip, if you use palm, go for G400s.) with a Microsoft SideWinder X4 keyboard.
Yeah, or that Abyssus "ihaveapc" mentioned. For me I'm currently looking for a mouse that is cheap, fits my hand and works on multicolor mousepads, so I have a different story.
