Okay, I'm planning on building a custom made desktop but the price can't be too high (can't exceed the 700€) so it can hold at least Tera Rising on max settings, I was discussing this subject with my friend and he said that an intel CPU is better for gaming but i don't know the problem between intel and amd cpu's if you can help in this aswell i would be very glad plus would you guys like to post the recommended components for the build if possible, thank you

If you use Tera for measuring the performance of a computer, you will have a bad time since the game is poorly optimized.(I play Tera)
With a 700 euro rig you can run it with maxed settings but dont expect having fancy fps.

The overall converted to euros is over 800€ but thanks for the info, now i'll try to do some experiments so i can get the money requirements, also will i get any difference between fx 8350 and a fx6300 ? that would help me chosing the motherboard aswell , my first choice is an asrock 970 extreme3 r2

You mentioned BF4 so I thought of a 8-core CPU like the 8350 since that game has good benchmarks with that chip.
The 6300 uses the same socket as the 8350 and is the budget gamer choice, 6 cores and good performance but hey, just a few more cash you get the 8320.
I thought the british site of pcpartpicker would give the right price, my bad.

There is no problem but i also forgot that BF4 is also unstable in FPS so i don't think it'll be a significant problem, i'm now on the mood for tera anyway so yeah, framerate won't be an issue with an FX-6300 and a gtx660ti

How is BF4 unstable in FPS? It all depends on how many people are in the room, etc.
