I am very new to computer gaming and I just recently made a computer. It has a 4gigahertz amd 8-core processor and two graphics cards one is a r7 2gb and the other is a R9 4gb one plus 8gb rip jaw ram. So what power supply would run these efficiently enough if I was to over clock my processor and graphics cards?

I'm still not sure I can find the wattage you'll need, but I can suggest a few brands that everyone seems to agree on; Corsair, Seasonic, EVGA are all well reviewed.

Below are links I thought may be handy for you, the fist one should be a good guide for the PSU wattage you'll need. Just enter in what components you'll have in your tower and it will tell you a required and recommended wattage.
The second link is to a site that lists all crossfire compatible AMD cards. If crossfire was your plan I'm sorry to say that those two cards will not be compatible. (Also linked Tom's Hardware compatibility chart.)
