So I want to upgrade some hardware in my pc.

Parts picked:

MSI R7770-PMD1GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - $89.99

AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition - $179.99

Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0 990FX AM3+ Motherboard - $144.99

Coolmax 700W 120mm Blue LED Fan Power Supply CL-700B - $49.99

Right now, it's an absolute slug with a lot of memory. Will the psu have enough power for this or? About the most I've ever done with a computer before is putting another memory card in and installing a network adapter card.

Solution
If this computer will be used to play games, I would do something like this for the same price:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($144.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($74.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 270 2GB Core Edition Video Card ($142.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $442.92
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Or this if you...

What RAM, Case, etc. do you have that you will be reusing?

FYI, Coolmax makes some pretty bad quality power supplies

Luckily I didn't order an of the parts yet. I saw good reviews and bad ones for coolmax, but for some reason it managed to get a pretty decent rating on newegg.

4GB RAM, 150GB HDD, and the case is something a friend of mine had sold me that I've been using. I think it used to be a compaq, but it's hard to tell anymore. 3 fans built into the case (back, side, top) and it's very open. They modified it a lot but it's a full sized tower. I can get exact dimensions of fans/case later if that would help.

I would spend a few dollars extra and get a dual fan version of the 270
