Solution
Try running CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both. It may be software conflicts and/or registry errors.
https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Also, try disabling some of the crap that you may have starting up with Windows. If your tray is full of apps, they may be conflicting with the gfx driver.

Speaking of which, you may want to uninstall the gfx driver, run Driver Sweeper from safe mode, and have it remove any remnants of AMD and Nvidia gfx drivers it finds. Then re-boot and install the latest gfx driver for you card and OS. http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4266-driver-sweeper.html

This pretty much puts a flashy neon sign saying "video driver issue".

A quick googling about it and you find this EA thread.
Dating back to [strike]January 11th[/strike] November 1st 2013 (I fail at reading dates in the US format...), last updated 2 months ago, has a lot of info about the issue.

Some founds issues with multimonitor setups, some disabled origin's in-game overlay, some others did a clean driver uninstall and reinstall.
I suggest you try doing whatever's in there, but if you have to reinstall drivers, use the Display Driver Uninstaller downloadable from 3DGuru. Best of luck to you ;)

That did the trick, Thanks, basically the whole driver removing sweep and reintallation did it.

Also got to give credit to Vynavill for finding the EA thread too.

Thank you all!
