Hey i was wondering what is the difference with a OC gtx 770, and a SC gtx 770

Between your two cards, the Gigabyte features all custom, upgraded "Ultra Durable" components. The EVGA Superclocked model uses all reference components. In terms of quality, the Gigabyte card is better. I would add the Asus DirectCU to your list, which also comes with custom, upgraded "Super Alloy" components. EVGA, with their reference PCBs and reference component selection, are overrated frankly.

Are you sensitive to sound ?
I thought best meant performance wise. and its not that loud that it'll harm your ears.
