I have an i5 3570k and i have been trying to overclock it but when I do the voltage and multiplier fluctuate, I have a corsair 80+ gold 1000w psu so I don't understand why its doing that. Thanks

Solution

Those look fine. Disable speedstep in BIOS as well as the C states like C1E, C3, C6.

You need to set your CPU Core Voltage at a static number. Turn off all power saving settings and turn Load-Line Calibration to High or Extreme.
