$500-600 gaming and streaming build?

I would like an AMD cpu. And also to include the OS. I would prefer it to be able to OF but if not that's ok. I don't need any more than 500 gb of storage yet. But I would like 8 gb of ram. And if u can..Please put a geforce 750 Ti or an r7/r9 260x/270/270x. I know it is possible. I would like to be able to play all modern Hanes like destiny and watch dogs on at LEAST medium (and preferably high fps) and I will also be recording to youtube and streaming to twitch with a dual monitor setup.
