Okay so since i have been using what is to be considered an Upgrade of what i was using for the last 8 years. My E8600 with 8GB Ram on a foxcon MB (i have been using the E8600 and the 8GB of Ram since early 2013) LOL hey it does what i need it to do for right now i can get by with it.

So i here about this new Generation HASWELL E that will be coming out later this year in 2014 so i finally just decided it is not worth buying the HASWELL E CPU 8 Core because it is going to be atleast $1000.00 from the time of release for 2-3 years after you know how this is. Anyways so i keep getting the i7-4770K Bug so i decided on getting a System with that CPU instead and i will use it for the next 10 years. So i would like to get the Asus Maximus VI Hero Motherboard. That seems to be a Great Motherboard based on what i have read so far.

the intel I7-4770K 3.5Ghz eventually Overclocked to (4.0Ghz or higher)

So what Brand and Speed of DDR3 Memory should i get? My eventual goal is to max out my Ram Slots to 32GB little by little given the cost of Ram especially the Premium Caliber.

The Best Video Card/GPU Possible what is it??? Maybe 2 if my Asus Maximus VI Hero Motherboard supports either multiple or just one? 2 Video Cards/GPU'S are better than one right?

The Best Power Supply well actually whatever is Recommended to run everything i have stated in this Dream Build so far what would the PS be???

The Best Liquid Cooling System (Since i plan to overclock) i gotta have that Sexy Red Colored liquid Tubing, along with Fans that have Red Lights.

The Best Case that will fit all this stuff and that is compatible with the Asus Maximus Hero VI Motherboard and that has a Big Side window (so that beautiful red tubing and fans can be seen) If i can find a Case in the Color of Red or Black

Best Hard Drive to have probably an SSD right? rather than a Mechanical Hard Drive right?

Best Optical Drive something can Read and Write DVD'S maybe even support that Double dual Layer DVD Blank Discs.

Sorry i have not been on in while i have had a lot of shit both good and bad going on but little by little i am saving for the things i want. As are we all.

My main uses for this Dream Machine will be for Video Editing something that can edit process, render Videos at SUPER SONIC SPEEDS. If you guys know where i can get any of these i am looking for please feel free to reply. There is a Guy near me selling a I7-4770K in a Sealed Box for $280 that seems to be the lowest anywhere. But i am always a bit more cautious of sellers on Craigslist.

I always appreciate your responses on here this seems to be the best forum for Tech Related Anything on the web. I that a lot of you are Experts at finding anything for PC Builds and at the Best Prices Lists are very welcome thanks again Guys and Gals

The i7 4790k is better than the i7 4770k.

and get a good cooler if you want to overclock it eg Noctua air cooler or H100i. As a first timer you should keep away from custom cooling kits. But maybe something like http://www.xs-pc.com/watercooling-kits-750-pump/ if you take it easy.

For an editor get 2 x 16gb 2133 ram

If you want a GTX780, then get a good 600W power supply eg Seasonic 620, XFX 650 or Antec HCG 620M

it seem you have mostly everything figured out. just remember you putting together a quality build to last a bunch of years dont be afraid to pay the price for quality components if you must :)

Gpu: radeon 290x or nvidia 780 or 780ti
Ram: go for 8gb modules of gskill at 1600 and overclock if you must
seasonic makes the best psu
ssd: high capacity since it should last a while samsung 840 evo is a good one
in not fimiliar with cases or watercooling put have fun putting this together :) :)

I will just buy each part one at a time and since i intend not to buy another computer until 2024 unless there is some unforeseeable reason that i would need to buy another computer before then.

So i guess you could say my Budget is limitless since i will be buying each component one at a time.

The way i operate now i make a video one video a day Mon-Fri and i am copying every Movie i have digitally stored to a DVD and copying DVD to DVD Disc. While at the same time processing,Editing,Rendering a Video so the More Ram i have the better. Because i am always multi tasking

I guess i am going with the i7-4790K then since it already starts you at 4Ghz and has Turbo Boost up to 4.4Ghz i guess i could over clock it to 5Ghz but would i need to do water cooling or could is it possible to Over Clock it to 5Ghz with just Air????

But now that means i have to get a new motherboard since the i7-4790K is not compatible with the Z87 Motherboards but which one like make-Series-Model of Motherboard??? Asus,Gigabyte??? I hear good things about the Asus Maximus Series anyone in particular? or something different?

Does the brand of Ram matter or is it just the Speed of the ram that counts??? (you know like Dr Pepper vs Dr Thunder)

But yes little by little i would like to max out my Ram to 32GB

Nice thanks for the tip i7baby.

Now of course this is just overboarding and overdoing everything way beyond what you will more than likely ever need but this is technically the best fit to what you are wanting. I didnt spend much time on the case cos thats your personal preference. The cooling is fine with a Noctua but youd need to look into specific case cooling options.

um....doesnt he want to watercool this this with a custom loop? go to ek's website (http://www.ekwb.com)and they have a system that guides you through everything. plus id scrap one of the wd 1tb drive and get a larger ssd. by 2024 they will be mainstream so shoot for the top now. the thing with ram speed is this: the only place where you will see a difference in having faster ram is for benchmarking. thats the only place where you'll actually notice it. that is anyways if i were to upgrade my ram from 1333 to 1666. idk how it works if you go with the fastest.....

one more thing, have fun.......for all of us ;)
