So I just got offered a great deal that gives me a new Geforce GTX 770 4gb OC Edition for $300 and it includes Watch Dogs. However, I am not sure about a bottleneck. I really have no idea about bottle necking (watch Jayz's video).

So would my CPU run this card, would it not, would I have to overclock (have CM Hyper 212 EVO)?

Here are two sources that talk about GPU's and CPU's.

JayzTwoCents on Bottlenecking-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAgpvWc4VBM

Article on CPU's (i3-i7, Athlon-8350) playing Battlefield 4 with R9 290x (FPS included)-http://www.techspot.com/review/734-battlefield-4-benchm...
From->http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1933527/amd-6300...

Again, really know so little on this so please go easy if this sounds silly.

Current Build:
CPU-AMD FX 6300 Black Edition (6 Cores)
Motherboard-ASUS M5A97 R2.0
RAM-HyperX Black 8gb 1600mhz
CPU Cooler-CM Hyper 212 EVO

Thanks for looking :)

So would the CPU be fine without overclocking?

yes, but if you play very cpu-intensive games, the 6300 may hold you back, but that has nothing to do with bottlenecking the 770.
