Help me please!

I've built a computer and with the parts I've put into in it should be running any game easily but for some reason is having a lot of trouble with some pretty easy games to run, any ideas? I've got all the latest Graphics card drivers so that can't be the issue. It navigates through windows and everything perfectly. Just today fresh install of windows but the problem was happening before that too.

Build is as follows

Graphics Card: Gainward GTX660 TI 2G 2d/H/DP
Processor: Intel Core i5 3570 LGA115 CPU 3.4Ghz Cache Ivy Bridge
MotherBoard: Asrock z77-EXTREME4-M
RAM: Kingston 4G(2x2G) DDR3 1600 MHz CL9 HyperX

Test game and Windows are running off : Intel 520 series 120GB SSD

I'm open to answers, please help me out!

I am maxing out these games (Diablo III, Guild Wars 2, League of Legends), which should be well withing the capabilities of my build. I'm having FPS issues, 1080p monitor, 60hz refresh rate

Solution
I would say opt for some G.skill 4 x 4 16 gigs ram since G.skill have probably the cheapest 16 gigs, if you want high performance get a 4 x 4 kit Corsair Vengeance. Everything else seems fine
