Which version of AMD Catalyst Control Center is better and stable?

A) 14.4

B) 14.6

Currently, I'm using 14.4. But there are some folks suggesting me to go with 14.6 as lot of bugs have been fixed and few advise me to stay with 14.4 as it is more stable, in their perception.

Which one should I choose?

If you're having issues with 14.4 then move to the 14.6 Beta. Remember it's a Beta, it will be buggy. 14.4 is the current stable build, but if there are no problems, no reason to move to the Beta. I suggest 14.4. I'm on it and it's working fine (290Xs) Anything lower than the 290(X) it's about the same performance wise as the 280s and below are mostly re-badged cards with fairly mature drivers. At this point in the game, they've had some time to work on the 290(X) drivers so those are pretty good too, but like I said, if you're having issues, you might need to try the Betas.

Beta works better for my 270x. Apparently, AMD has launched 14.7. I downloaded it but the installed version says 14.6 RC. Are both same?

I'm sure there's some difference, though what it is I couldn't say, haven't looked at the drivers since 14.6 Beta came out.

The new 14.7 RC seems to work better than 14.6. It got launched just days ago.
