laptop screen bouncing

Hi. My entire laptop screen bounces up and down start up. I don't know how to make it stop. I have tried restarting, taking the battery out, and a scan to no avail. Everything works fine, it's just VERY annoying to have everything moving about for no reason.

Is it bouncing when Windows start or from the beginning of laptop boot?
If when windows start try to update graphic drivers

Does your laptop contain DVI or HDMI port ?
If you got one of this ports try to connect your laptop to external TV or monitor and check is it bouncing there to.

Ok so try to look for updates to your graphic card. If your drivers are up to date try to reinstall it.

Other option - if you got CD drive, try run live linux CD for example ubuntu, just to test it on other operating system, if it not bouncing that means that we got software issue and we have to focus on your Windows.

Also if it works fine on TV I`m suspecting some kind of hardware issue on link between mob and display.
