Which graphics card would you recommend with my current setup?

I'm thinking about either a GTX 470, 560 Ti, or a 560. I'm looking for the best bang for my buck around this price range. If you have any other suggestions please let me know. I do happen to prefer GeForce.

Also, are all of these compatible with my setup, I'm not entirely sure.

RAM isn't overkill, it wont work. That board maxes out at 16gb and having 4 RAM slots that means 4x4gb max. As for the GPU:

Just pick your price range.

I would stick with 8gb(2x4gb) and use the extra money to get a better GPU and/or better motherboard.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. That is my current setup and I have a GTS 250 in it right now. I only have the 24gb of RAM because I just thought that I would throw it in there because I had it laying around. Thanks for the reply
