Help, restarting at login

Hi,
Please help, my PC is restarting at the login screen everytime. The motherboard is Asus p5b-vm.
It doesn't work even in safe mode, it still restarts.
Is the gpu the problem? Or what else?

Post your build.

Try a cmos reset - power off. remove the motherboard battery. wait 10 mins. replace the battery. power up. Working OK?

Post your build.

Remove the drive and see if it POSTs OK.

Check Bios. Make sure it is set as shutdown when power outage.

You on a UPS?

Doesn't work. I tried what you suggested. I don't know the build. And no, no UPS.

I've fixed it, something was wrong with the windows and I reinstalled it.
