Hi, i have DELL laptop with intel i3 second generation. when i start my laptop it becomes hot in 10 mins and my cpu usage goes 100% and not comes down. what is good solution of this problem?

open task manager and see what is eating up your cpu. Pretty much guarantee its some sort of malware so run scans with something like malwarebytes and/or another security suite
