HELP!!! "14.7 RC DRIVER"? or "CCC SUITE 14.4" ?

Hey guys, I have been having some issues with freezing during gaming, youtube, and just about everything. I decided I was going to try and re-install my drivers ( I think I was using 14.6 beta) and see if using the CCC suite 14.4 would fix the issue. Then I noticed that they have released 14.7 "RC" driver... which should i download?!

AMD FX 4350
R9 270 SAPPHIRE OC
8 GB RAM

It can be hardware issues... What motherboard and PSU you are using? FREEZING is not always a Driver problem... Check any Resource hungry Background application is running or not, also check System temp... If its everything else is fine then try 14.4 whql (just to be ok on the driver side)... Another thing is that you should CLEAN UPDATE your Driver, use tools like Driver Sweeper to remove your old driver properly then install the driver you want.
