You should be getting more than that, are you monitoring your cpu and gpu usage while gaming?

have you tried core unparking your cpu. are you running any overclock on the card? at 1080 im getting 120+ and 1440 getting 70+ with dips into 50's. i have a 980x tho. have you got any benchmarking software to compair you results against ( firestrike would be best you should be getting between 8500 and 9000 based on your setup). what is your boost frequency in game? check the driver software and make sure its not forcing vsync.

Do you have anything to monitor CPU usage on screen while gaming?

Your psu might be under powering it all, it's a poor model.

Ok, let's throw some ideas out there...

- Use the latest beta driver for your GPU
- Update the BIOS to the latest revision
- Disable any power saving features like cool n quiet in bios
- Check CPU and GPU temperatures while gaming
- Do you still get issues if you turn the settings down a little?

Lots of people have had trouble with BF4 and the FX series processors unfortunately
