I have a fairly old GPU (AMD HD2400 series) and I have wanted to upgrade to a higher GPU because of the upcoming DX12. The problem is I don't know if there are any still up-to-date DDR2 GPUs that I can buy and that will support DX11 and 12. Please help me because I want to play some new games.

you should buy 2 titan Z's for 3k each. na just joking whats your budget and do you have any preferance to amd or nvidia
