Games go increasingly laggy for a period of time

My computer :
- CPU : Pentium G3220
- RAM : 8GB ( Good enough )
- Graphic card : Geforce GTX 650
- Motherboard : Z97-D3H

My CPU go overheating no matter what 3D games I play,
My game run smooth in the beginning and super lag after a several minute or a few games.
I think there should be a issue of graphical setting or some kind of software problem.

Feel so sad of having this problem....
Some body help...

sounds like a heat issue, performance will drop when components get really hot, Check inside your computer for dust.

Also might be a good idea to replace the thermal compound on the CPU.

The lag is due to your power on either the GPU or CPU automaticly decreasing to prevent it from fully overheating. They're overheating for sure though. Because you mentioned your CPU overheating, you should get a new heatsink. Then, thoroughly clean the case and fans from any dust particles or excess. But, you can also make sure that your thermal paste (if any is used) is applied correctly.
