hello,
i connected 2 wa5210g but have very dramatic speed drops nin the network, the link will work on around 20mbps for some time 5-30 min then the speed will randomly drop to around 0.25 mbps or "link has been broken off" message. (built in speed test).
the problem is randomly fixed or a couple of reboots will fix it for another 5-30 min.
link is between 200m couple of trees on the way.. antennas shows around 30db signal. using 8dbm power
i tried all possible settings with no positive results.
tried:
bridge mode
client ap mode
all possible security settings
polarization change
all possible channels
site survey finds 32 ap.
if anyone has any ideas how to fix this or what may be causing the problem.

Solution
The speed drops are almost certainly related to interference. 32AP signals is a large amount to have on a site survey. I assume you are using these just for the link between the buildings and not to serve client wireless. If so make sure you have them in bridge mode. If you have tried all the channels then there may not be much you can do short of purchasing a new bridge that can use the 5Ghz spectrum. My mind is still spinning from your 32AP statement. I can see 15 Ap's in my neighborhood. The clearest channel I can get (on 2.4Ghz) is a channel with 4 others on the channel and one other that overlaps. This causes me to have low throughput and sometimes it cuts out for a second all together.
