Your computer is a slim tower with a 220w power supply. There is no card that will run off of a 220w power supply that is going to give you decent performance in games. The r7 240 is mostly useless and the Palit GTX 650 won't fit.

You will first need something similar to this for a power supply.

It will have to be a low profile card similar to these to fit in your case.

$80

Palit 650 is better. On paper and in real world gaming benchmarks. 650 is at a different class and price point than 240.

A $100 GTX650 isn't worth buying a new case in order to use when they make faster cards that fit in your case. You can buy a better GTX750 that is low profile and if you look around you can find the GTX750ti in low profile also. You would still have to buy a power supply like stokes1790 said. You're better off going with the Seasonic power supply and the GTX750.
