What PSU should I use on my build?(how many watts and what brand)

This is my build;

MoBo: Asus Maximus VII Ranger
CPU: Intel Core I5 4670K
RAM: G.Skills Ripjawsx 8 Gb Dual
1600 CL9
GPU: Asus Gtx 760 DC II OC
SSD: Crucial M500 120 Gb
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1 Tb
Case: Cooler Master Storm Enforcer
CPU Fan: Cooler Master X6

Gonna OC to 4.2 ~ 4.4 GHz.

And also, Is my CPU Fan enough or replace it?

I can't find any Antec PSU sellers in my country (Philippines). Can you recommend another one, maybe a Corsair or other brand. I can consider adding $10.

Also, no Hyper 212 EVO but there's a Hyper 212X that only cost $31. Should I grab it?

Almost all the local shops here in Philiipines sell hyper 212x for $38 but I found 1 on sale.

Thanks to all of you. If I can find that 620w antec, i will grab it. But all I found was 750w and i think it's over than what I need.

I still have some weeks before the all the components arrive, so I can still search.

I've searched the antec hcg 620m and it's exactly the same with seasonic m12II 620 but the one I found was s12II 620. Which I think the not modular one

I think so. I thought the the m12II was priced the same with s12II. I should have checked the specs first.
