Which is best from:

Corsair RM 650W Fully Modular 80+ Gold Power Supply
or
Coolermaster VS-Series 650W Semi Modular 80+ Gold Power Supply

For a build with:
. Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
. Asus Z97-PRO(Wi-Fi ac) ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
. Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
. CoolerMaster CM690 III Windowed Side Panel ATX Case with Seidon 120V CPU Cooler Bundle

Or is there a better PSU for £80-£90 I could look at?

Their both top of the notch PSU's, maybe go for a PSU with more W if you plan on upgrading in the near future

The Cooler Master PSU is the clear winner here; That Corsair unit uses cheap capacitors that may lead to issues in the future.
