I want to create boot-able linux pendrive, which would have some work programs for web development (phpStorm, ect.). Which version would you recommend, and maybe you can give me some tutorials or guides, how to make everything work. Thanks!

Lots of options. You can go with Knoppix, which have great driver support and works out of the box. It's made to be ran easily as a LiveCD. You can use others like Ubuntu, Debian, Mint. It depends what you like.

simple interface and live environnement

Why would you recommend parted magic in this case? It's not easy to use for anything other than a few tasks -- namely partition management. It's a good rescue dist, but that's not what OP wants.

Hi I would use Lubuntu - lightweight Ubuntu derivative which is light and quick but also still user friendly. And the *buntu base has wide choice of apps in official repositories.

BTW I would use standard installation on a flash disk instead of Live USB. It is easier to maintain, can simply install everything etc.
