I've just change my CPU to an intel one from an AMD one and now I get no signal when i turn it on, it boots up and everything spins and lights up etc but no signal on my screen, then after around 10 seconds it restart, but it only restarts once, afterward it's just continually running with no signal, please help me, thank you
P.s I've checked my power connections, my ram, gout connections, still no hope

what are your system specs? not knowing what you have you may have bought a motherboard with video outputs and a cpu that does not have integrated graphics.

you will also need to do a full reinstall since you moved from a AMD build to and intel build. Most likely you are trying to boot from the old os and since you cant see the screen since Im guessing you have no graphics, its trying to boot and crashing causing a loop till you turn the system off.

Specs are
Windows 7 64 bit (I haven't uninstalled no, what's the best way to do this)
Amd a10 7850k to a intel i5 6790k
NVid Gtx 770
750 watt corsair cx750
8gb ram
Msi a55m-e33 mobo to a Msi b85m-g43

Also it doesn't loop, it only resets once and then it stays the same, I've just put my old mobo and CPU back in and everything is still good

try putting the gpu in the bottom pci-e slot to see if you have a bad slot. I wonder if the onboard video is causing issues, since your cpu does not have graphics you can use the onboard to check. See if one of your friends has a 4th gen cpu with integrated graphic so you can see if the onboard graphics work, if so turn them off in the bios and see if it will do video on the 770 then.

Next you will need a new copy of windows 7 (if you copy is oem) since your old copy is tied to the amd board, if its a retail copy you should be able to transfer the key to the new build. but once you can see the screen you can put your old disc of windows 7 in the dvd drive and reinstall windows, when it ask for a key during setup just click skip and it will finish windows. that will give you 30 days before you need to put in a new cd key. Its best to buy a oem copy from newegg or amazon then going through the steps with Microsoft because they will sell you a retail copy for $300 instead of 140 for an OEM copy.
